It All Started When…

On September 17, 2017, a group of believers were gathered in one place with the expectation of the manifestation of the Holy Spirit. Emmanuel Family Worship Center
was born in Yuba City, California. In 2021, we began using Zoom to show the weekly church service, Bible Study, and monthly communication workshop.

Pastors Darrell and Marcia Chambers stepped out in faith with the vision from God to:

1) win souls for the Kingdom

2) teach and encourage believers so they can worship God in Spirit and Truth

3) preach and teach so, we may know the character of God, so, minds may be transformed to the mind of Christ so, that we may know Him and the power of His resurrection and fulfill God’s Purpose in our lives.

Emmanuel family enjoy the fellowship of each other, sharing in daily devotions and prayers. Our close-knit family lovingly serves the community in various ways including the annual Christmas Food, clothes, and toys giveaway; the annual Regional Emergency Shelter Team program fundraiser to raise funds for meals and shelter for the homeless during the winter months; a Children’s Prayer Line ministry with focused prayer for the children of this nation and the world.

We realize there is much work to be done for the Kingdom, so our prayer is that God will add to this body daily those whom He has ordained to be part of Emmanuel’s family to fulfil the call of this Ministry.
